customer is referring to is clearly for a different product with a different item number (FF109-300) and even different color (black instead of red).Furthermore, the product page for the FF109X (red in color) has a direct link to the Underwriter Laboratories approved, detailed installation instruction.In good faith we are willing to provide the customer with an RGA number and return labels for his wrong purchase.We will contact the customer direct to arrange for the return.Please find copies of our installation instructions as well as our return policy attached
