A reservation was made for airport pick up. Shuttle never showed, no contact, no creditA reservation was booked (conf 582) for 2/2/14 airport pick up. Upon arrival, the shuttle never showed & Over 2 hours I tried to locate, called, emailed and had no answer or response. I had to incur additional charges in taking a standard taxi.Later learned on 2/18/14, during a phone call with the manager ([redacted]), that the driver never showed because he was home watching the Super Bowl and 'forgot'. A refund was going to be issued.It is now 3/4/14, there has been no refund issued and no follow up from the manager or the company.I continue to contact requesting the credit.The primary concerns: 1. they did not provide the service I paid for 2. I had to incur additional charges for alternate transportation.3. Lack of customer support.4. Credit/Refund not processed in over 30 days (still waiting)Desired SettlementI am only trying to get my own money back in a refund. This will not cover the additional costs for the taxi.I can understand why they are not with the Revdex.com but the word needs to get out not to use them - I will be posting reviews on the appropriate web sites.

PROMISED PICK UP TIME LATER DENIED. FORCED TO SELECT ALTERNATIVE TIME WHICH CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO LEAVE THE CONFERENCE BEFORE THE FINAL CLASS ENDED.CALLED BEFORE MAKING ON-LINE RESERVATION. REQUESTED SAME PICK UP TIMES, 2:30 PM ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE, BOTH CONFIRMED. ASKED AND RESTATED 2:30 PM PICK UP FROM HOTEL AT TIME OF DROP OFF, AGAIN CONFIMED THAT WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. CALLED ON DEPARTURE DATE AND TOLD THEY WOULD ONLY PICK ME UP ON THE HOUR. REITERATED PRIOR CONVERSATIONS, NO OPTIONS GIVEN. I'D PREPAID AND HAD TO TAKE A 3 OR 4 PM PICK UP TIME REGARDLESS OF EARLIER PROMISES. THIS CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO LEAVE MY CONFERENCE CLASSES EARLY, MISSING CREDIT FOR MY FINAL CLASS. HAD I KNOWN DIFFERENTLY, I'D HAVE BOOKED DIFFERENT FLIGHT RESERVATIONS. MY REITERATING WHAT I'D BEEN TOLD FELL ON DEAF EARS, ALL I WAS REPEATEDLY TOLD WAS: "MAM, YOU CAN BE PICKED UP AT 3 OR 4. MAM, YOU CAN BE PICKED UP AT 3 OR 4." Desired SettlementI DID NOT GET THE SERVICE THAT I WAS PROMISED AND MISSED OUT ON A CLASS THAT I CANNOT RETAKE. ADDITIONALLY, I PAID A HIGHER PRICE FOR MY AIRLINE RESERVATIONS TO ENSURE I STAYED UNTIL THE LAST CLASS ENDED. I THEREFORE WISH FOR THIS COMPLAINT TO GO ON RECORD SO THAT OTHERS WILL NOT BE TREATED SO CALLOUSLY WHEN CAUGHT IN SUCH AN UNEXPECTED SITUATION.

Calls were made on 9/2, 10/1, 10/20, 10/30 and 11/17. I talked with [redacted] each time that I called and he promised me that the monies would be credited back to m[redacted] Card. The last time that I talked to him was on November 17 and I was told the same thing. Money would be credited back to my account. If not to account, monies can be sent to me because I paid both the charges on the[redacted] account.On 8/13/2014, you charged m[redacted] Card $180.00 twice. There was only suppose to be one charge for $180.00. Would you please check your records and credit my[redacted] Account for the $180 that was charged in error. I have contacted the office twice on this matter. I called on 9/2 and again on 10/1. Would you please reply to this email to let me know that this matter has been taken care of. The charge was three months ago and I called on 9/2 for the correction to be made.If you need to contact me, my telephone number is 281-438-4904.See correspondence below. What does it take to get this matter cleared up. I have sent notes and made phone calls. I think I have been more than patient waiting the credit because of a mistake on your end. This is my last note to you. Make the necessary adjustment promptly. If I have not received an adjustment by Monday, October 20, I will be sending a note to the Revdex.com and to the[redacted] Company. This is a small matter that should have been handled immediately. I was assured both time that I called that this matter would be corrected promptly. Desired Settlement[redacted] credit for $180 or reimbursement sent to me because I paid the double charge to [redacted].

I booked a shuttle bus from [redacted] airport which did not turn up and my card was charged twice. No response to my numerous emailsOrder no [redacted] placed on 17 March 2015Shuttle bus booked to collect from [redacted] airport Desired Settlement$160 as $80 was taken from my card twice!
