I have bought two trucks from Tennessee Autoplex (Bob) The first experience with this company was very good they went above and beyond my expectationsThe staff was very helpful and friendly.This is why I decided to go back to them and trade my truck in on another truck, they had on their lotBob, the owner, and I worked out a deal Before I even signed any paperwork or anything my trade in truck was on its way to Alabama I had been driving this truck everyday and it was doing fine for me, however, on their way to Alabama the Turbo goes out and the radiator is damaged and has to be replaced before the truck came make it back to the lot in TennesseeSo now Bob reduces what he is willing to give me for my in trade so I take a flat bed Dodge home and before I can even get back to his lot the next morning the fuel pump goes bad and I limp the truck back to his lot
So we work out a deal on a Dodge he fixes what we think is wrong with it about two days later the check engine light comes back onI take it back to his machanic they say the Turbo is bad and the AC compressor is out so I go and talk to Bob he tells me that there's nothing he can do about it now that I've had the truck weeks and the transmission is acting up and again nothing he can do
Just be warned it's the roll of the dice with these guys you might walk away with a good deal or you might be like me and they give you a peace of junk

Two reasons for a one-star rating from me
Number one: The switch on the dash that swaps between air intake and re-circulation for the air system was jammed and did not moveI was told it would be fixed before I got my loan and bought the car the next dayI got there the next day, and sure enough, the switch wasn't jammed anymoreIt seemed fine at the time, so I thought that was great, and bought the carUpon closer examination however, they didn't "fix" anythingThey simply forced the switch so it would free-move; it doesn't actually control anything, it's just a broken knobYeah, nice "fix" guys, thanksSo I'll be paying to get that properly fixed by someone else soon
Number two: Before buying my vehicle, I was told some maintenance was done on the rear right wheel on a sensorNo problemBought the carThree days later, the entire braking caliper/unit on the rear right wheel simply broke loose and was making terrible noises and leaking fluid everywhereCouldn't drive it like thatHad to have it towed to the best car mechanics I could find in town to get it fixedThe whole ordeal cost $Tennessee Autoplex is over miles from my home, I couldn't have it towed to them to fixIt seems painfully obvious to me that this was a result of improper mechanic work done on that wheel before I bought it, so I asked for reimbursement from Tennessee Autoplex on my repair billThey denied reimbursing me even HALF what I paid for repairNot one dollar, because they say the brake unit isn't what they did work on before I bought itSO WHAT? It's clear this was a result of that "work" done to it before I got the car
My advice is to do no business with Tennessee Autoplex

They were working two deals on one vehicle at the same time, took months to get tags, zero oil on the stick when we got the jeep homePoor service
We purchased a Jeep Wrangler on about January 15, from Tennessee Autoplex in Ashland CityI had completed the application for the loan, provided proof of income first thing on a Friday morningWhen I provided the proof of income, I requested a call back with the numbers from the sales personThe next call I received was a request for a copy of my husbands drivers licenseHe faxed over a copy of the license, but it was too dark to readI received another call asking for another legible copy of the licenseI told them I would bring them a copy of the license and I was on my way and would be there in about an hourI arrived with the license, walked in handed it to the sales manager and walked outside where I was looking at the JeepWhen I turned to walk to my vehicle to leave the sales person and the sales manager were standing in my pathThe sales manager says to me "You know what's going on don't you?" I replied "No." He said "Someone else wants the Jeep." I asked "Do they have cash?"He replied "No, but they've already driven it." I said "So." He said "We've already discussed numbers with her." The owner then walks out and says, "we can't read her husbands drivers licenseShe's has to go get a copy of itIf you still want it, you can have it." I was then walked straight in to the desk of the owners daughter where she opens up my file and tells me what my interest rate will be on the loan and who the loan was withI was actively working with this company on the purchase of this vehicle, but because I was not on the lot they deceided they would work two deals at the same timeThat is very POOR customer service
We purchased the vehicle and two weeks later my husband checked the oil, assuming that they had atleast checked the oilWell there was no oil on the stickYes, this model of Jeep does use oil, however it is apparent that they never checked the oil or they would have put oil in itPOOR customer service
I was given a temporay tag when we purchased the vehicleI was given another temporary tag in FebruaryI was given another temporary tag in MarchWhen I asked for another temporary tag in April, I was told that they couldn't give me one because by law they are only allowed to give twoOf couse I was furious and before the day was over I was given my fourth temporary tag and a basket of ivyPOOR customer service
During these several months I had discussed with the girl who answers the phone and gets the tags, *** how we don't actually live in Tennessee, but we live in KentuckyAll of my husbands credit stuff has a Tennessee address on it where he was living there last yearI asked if we could have the vehicle registered in Kentucky where we liveShe stated that could be doneI gave her our address, etcI receive in the mail tags from Cheatham County TennesseeWhen I called to inquire why this happened, she explained how her boss said it had to be registered where we had listed on the paperworkWell, since it's been months since we purchased the vehicle, we certainly could have moved anywhere in this amount of time and I wasn't even given the courtesy of a phone call to let me know that this was going to happenI'm sure this was done out of convenience for themAgain, POOR customer service

I have purchased 8 vehicles over the past 4 years and have been treated very good. with fair deals and excellent support. I recommend Bob and Tennessee autoplex to all my friends and family. The vehicles he chooses to sale are high quality. I can not give a higher recommendation other than buying 8 vehicles over 4 years from Bob.
