Hell
This event occurred on February 5th. It's taken me some time to post this because it was a terrifying experience that triggered PTSD from prior experiences in the past with other vendors provided by Tennessee Carriers. This was the worst by far.

Before I begin: On Oct 11th I had a hip replacement followed by a freak accident injuring my ischial tuberosity, the bones that hurt when one sits too long...except I smashed mine. Indescribable pain! Total time spent between hospital and rehab was from October 11th to December 4th, 2024. I also have arthritic scoliosis and shouldn't carry heavy things such as gallon water jugs to avoid further compression of my spine. These facts matter greatly concerning the following accounting of what was endured.

As I entered the van I avoided the door gasket hanging from the door opening as I sat down on what is called the companion seat. It is narrow with very little padding. Approaching the end of my street the driver saw me turning to my right pulling at straps and he said "The seat belt is broken". (REALLY?)
Did it matter the driver had an unlit cigar in his mouth and was on a personal phone call?
Once on I-24 the van began to toss me around because this vehicle had no shocks and I wasn't secured with a seat belt, as I watched the speedometer climb from 60 to 70 to top at 82. Often he had to brake abruptly to slow down. All of this time I'm having to brace myself with my left foot wedged against the floor anchor (where a wheelchair would normally be secured to) pulling my body up off the seat with the handle on the top of the door so I wouldn't bounce on the hard chair. I felt every bump in the road straight up through my body. I hadn't had to use a cane for 3 months yet when I disembarked the van I was unsteady on my feet and I wished I had brought my cane.
The return trip home was worse if that can be imagined. The same person picked me up at 2400 Patterson but in Addition to Everything that happened going there, he passed a semi cab on the right hand side while speeding as the semi corrected his lane change to avoid us. We both did a double take. I prayed for safe passage home.
My next stop was the pharmacy. He told me where he would be waiting, I said I'll be calling my sister to pick me up. There was no sister. I called Uber.
I look forward to hearing from upper management.
