We called into Tennessee Clean Air on 4/2*/20 after uncovering concerns with the quality of the work performed on 4//20. Speaking with *** she advised we send an email with photos and assured a manager would be reaching out to discuss. After we received no call or response to my email I reached out again on Saturday 4/25/20 and was assured again that *** or *** would be in touch Monday. By Wednesday, 4/2*/20, there was still no follow-up so I called again. I was told *** would reach out by the end of the day, that did not happen. My husband called one final time on 4/30/20, no return call.The avoidance, lack of customer service and respect shown by Tennessee Clean Air is unacceptable and we feel has given us no other options other than to pursue a fair outcome for us, the customer.

Thank you for sharing this with your manager as well.
After your services my husband noticed one of the branch lines had been disconnected from the vent so he went under the house, while he was there he disconnected a vent from the main line at a point at least *** feet from the main unit/trunk line and there was excessive amounts of dead insects, dust and debris & no indication that a brush had been through there (attached are the photos).
We had our service completed on 4/. We paid for all vents, main trunk lines and *** treatment totaling over $1,300. We did not have the main*** unit cleaned because we are going to replace it within the week but this seems well beyond what would be re-contamination. We have not run the AC and run the heat on a very limited basis. We also have not had any construction work done since the service, especially to create this *** feet down the line with dead insects.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a response once you have had the opportunity to review and discuss.

Refund The team that came out to perform the work was courteous, professional so we are not discounting that and were open to discuss options but since we were unable to reach anyone, after more than ample opportunties to make this right we are seeking a full refund. We also sought a *** professional's imput (they have asked to remain confidentail) and confirmed, there is no way the scope of work we paid for was ever performed. We also initiated a claim with ***, the credit card used for payment.
The follow up questions requested:

If not, please provide a detailed explanation.
We allowed them to come up and try and correct the situation. They did not send a manager as discussed, they did not discuss a credit for the issues experienced as we discussed. There were no follow up photos to show corrected work as discussed and there was no follow up from a manager to ensure the follow up appointment went as it should, that we were satisfied and the was credit covered. Not only were none of these promises kept they caused additional damage to our brand new $9,000 HVAC unit that required additional service calls (and bills), so at this time we are uninterested in contact with them. We have initiated a claim with *** as well and hope between the Revdex.com & *** this will be resolved. Thank you again!
