Amazingly, they lifted my front porch concrete steps!
I don’t write reviews, but I believe the guys from College Grove need a good review.. My front porch steps are 15 steps of aggregate concrete. Over time, It sunk and pulled away! They didn’t know if they could do it. Well, they did and it looked great! I recommended them to my neighbors because their patio slab dropped and they said it looked good. Fair price!

I wanted to let everyone know that I just had some work done by Tennessee Foundation Services and could not be happier From start to finish they were professional and helpfulI live out of state but own a home in Tennessee that needed the work It was the easiest repair I have ever had on a home I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of foundation repair
From the beginning contact to the completion of my current experience with TFS, I have seen all positives with their personnel, estimate process, work done, and follow-up contact (including an initial mailing of impressive customer-educating professionally printed material and calls to keep me aware of appointments and arrivals and lastly to see if the work was done to my satisfaction).
The actual work was completed in the time frame originally indicated, with no adverse impact to my day or property. They came prepared and with enough help to do an outstanding job on repairing bad joists that were making my floor unsafe, they did far better than my expectations! I would absolutely recommend them.
Did not use them, requested estimate. Specifically called out on the online request form to NOT call me. So they called me within an hour of my submission.
I work on my phone all day, need to set most things up via email communication.
My 10K job will go to the other company that honored the customer preferences
From the initial phone conversation to the appointment scheduling to the consultation to the actual completion of the work - I was completely satisfied! The entire experience was very professional and positive all the way through and I recommend TFS to anyone who needs a foundation repair which was what they performed for me. jacked up corner of house, did not fix the one crack in outer wall left five new cracks in my out side walls, torn up my yard, left the job unfinshed.. I paid for an engineer to inspect the house and work done, he said the house was level and the work did not need to be done. Sueing to get my money back.

TFS guys were on time done the work in good time took pictures leveled my floor and I am very well satisfied with what the have done
