[redacted] and his crew provided excellent workmanship on the job. They always informed me when they left each day what the status of the job was, what time they would return, and always cleaned up daily before leaving.
[redacted]s estimate for the job did not change, and he was able to assist in fixing things that were not originally planned by providing an immediate estimate and got it completed once approved.
The crew stayed on the job all day to ensure it was completed in the time frame promised.
I will definately recommend Tennessee Residential Home Roofing and Construction Inc to anyone needing home repairs.
This business came highly recommended by a local prominent real estate company in Murfreesboro. The job was a remodel of a medium size master bathroom. They started 5/4/15 and final payment was made for completion of job 7/21/15. Owner said it would take 2 weeks to complete the job and the contract was signed at the end of April. Be aware of time quotes by this organization. Get it in writing with a financial penalty for not meeting deadlines. This business would not have received the contract given all the aggravation, inconvenience, and disruption of our household. Apparently skilled labor is an issue, too, as several tile layers were hired and dismissed on this job further delaying it's completion. Leaving the job sight and not staying on task was another reason for delayed completion. Owner should not start a job or accept a job if he is not staffed properly. Tasks such as painting, chaulking, plumbing, screen repair, and tile laying required redo's to make it right.
[redacted] and his team made a dream come true for me as my late husband and I had always wanted to finish our bonus room project upstairs. [redacted]'s team did a fantastic job and I know my husband would have loved it. I cannot thank them enough.
The guys were courteous and respectful. I have a very large dog and they were wonderful with him. I cannot be happier with the work they did and now I just have to decorate the new rooms!
