Adcock & Associates was selected to do an appraisal on my home for a refinanceD*** *** came out to my home and did the appraisalWhen I recieved the appraisal, there was many errors, the house should have been a bedroom, I expalin 4th bedroom was an add on with city permitsHe included a picture of a water heater strapped to the wall, I have a tankless water heater, which he took no picture he must have used a picture from another appraisalHe stated both bathrooms have not been updated which the have, took picture of both bathrooms, which show upgradeshe stated no carbon monixide unit, he took picture of unitHe show a picture stating an attic I have no attic, the picture shown was raffters in garage.I have called and left a message to have this corrected no return callI feel he falsified the report and it effected the apprasial of the houseMy finance company has tried contacting but no response
