Had a tire fixed at this location on 01/22/the VERY next day my tire came off while I was drivingNo management to talk to or fix issue On 01/22/I had a tire fixed at this location, the VERY next day 01/23/my tire came off while I was driving home from work at 1;am(very scary)I did not know what happened until I got out the carI saw my tire rolling down the middle of the streetMy studs had broken off, all my locks were gone and my finder was also brokenI had to get a tow truck at 1:am when I got off workMy car is a Lexus ES When I returned to the shop a guy name Ronnie had very poor customer service and no concern for my issueHe kept telling me he needed to see the car and tireI informed the guy that the car was not drive-ableHe was unwilling to do anything to help meThere was no management to talk to nor was my issue fixed or even made a concern
