*** did an outstanding job On time, fair pricing, great follow up
In 2012, our AC was having a terrible time keeping up with the TN summer. We found Tennessee Valley Air by a chance sighting of the owners truck. We had tried several other companies that were able to provide only temporary relief, so we had nothing to loose by calling. We called, and I've never called anyone else since.
Upon his arrival at my home, I informed him that I thought a new unit was going to be needed. After looking at the unit and poking around in the attic, he informed me that I was wrong. There was very little ventilation in the attic, and all the duct work was leaking severely. He offered suggestion on how I could take care of it myself, and provided a very reasonable quote for him to come in and do it for me.
Since this time, my AC unit has had ZERO trouble keeping up with the 95+ degree days we can get. I highly recommend giving [redacted] at Tennessee Valley Air a call if you are having trouble with your heating and cooling!
[redacted] is the most honest and compassionate AC man I've met, and he runs his business accordingly.
