Tried to contact them for warranty issue several times
I've tried to contact them several times due to my shingles they installed four years ago having several problems with them cupping and the rolled roof on my flat roof has now has severe bubbling occurring. On my contract I have a five-year workmanship warranty highlighted and it's been less than four years. My insurance company says this will all be out of pocket for me And I don't see how that's being fair at all. The shingles have a 20 to 25 year warranty stated and I'm having problems less than five years later. I did have them come back about six months after the installation to lay some shingles down that were popping up I don't know if that is the same thing with the same problem I'm having now but my entire roof shingles are cupping and my flat roof is bubbling up I don't know what to do from this point.
I just want my shingles repaired or replaced, and acknowledgment from the company that there's an issue so no one else has to go through this too that was a past customer.
I'm sorry our previous customer is having issues, I wish I could do more to help. Unfortunately, my company went out of business and shut down on 8/1/16. I would recommend he call a local roofing company to further assess the shingle damage. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful
