DO NOT, I REPEAT DO business with this companyI ordered and received four(4) spindly and obviously dried out Canadian Hemlock trees that were SO OLD that in the bottom of the box was at least a pound of dried hemlock needlesTwo of the dried trees had no needles at allWhen I called them and complained, they wanted me at my expense, to ship them backHowever when I read their warranty clause, it plainly stated that NO REFUND would be given, only a replacement value creditAlso, they shipped the product via FEDEX and it took six(6) days to arrive in GA from TN, even though we are neighboring statesThey have no affiliation with the Revdex.comThe State of Tennessee should revoke their business license!!!!!!!!!!! They are a SCAM business!

Ship dormant trees in the fall with instructions tree will bloom in spring No way to tell tree is dead being it is dormant Will not replace or refund money Do NOT do business with this company

in I ordered different (barefoot) shrubs wholesaleThey arrived in a sorry state and must have been sitting in bundles or boxes for monthsNothing grewThe order was over $1,Unfortunately, I read the negative ratings about the company after I orderedTherefore, I never bothered to complain to the company because I lost my money already and I was not going to spend more on shipping for the return

These people are notorious for sending crappy dead plants to customers around the country and then not giving a damn about it and never refunding anyoneI'm surprised they're still existing being this pathetic of a business, but it shows you in the day of the Internet how they can keep getting away with their bt scams by preying on unknowing customers just like they did me

Simply DO NOT do business with this or their "shell" companies, like Quick-Growing-Trees. Check.. the same phone number! They have very sketchy business practices. Main complaint: They state, "Our warranty is to arrive alive. The warranty is void after 24 hours" Then when you try to call and state that you received dead plants, your get the proverbial run around ranging from: No timely email response, to telephone discussions stating that you can't tell if a plant that is dormant or dead, to wrong tracking numbers, etc, etc, all to delay the process beyond 24 hr so that, "Our warranty is to arrive alive. The warranty is void after 24 hours" . Guess what, its past 24 hrs and then the whole process is stone walled that the warranty is void!
I purchased three "dormant" little trees. They were improperly package. I immediately planted them in the soil (after soaking roots as recommendation). We've had an abundance of rain in TX for weeks now. I got three dried sticks in the ground.

Ordered and paid for a 4-5 foot tree on 4 November 2016. On 9 November I received a tree 2 foot 10 inches with 6 inch root-ball (3 foot 4 inches from tip to tip) in a 3 foot 5 inch FEDEX box. The tree was really thin and looks like several separate small saplings put together. Asked for a partial refund on 9 November but was told they would send another tree. Nothing received. On 28 November, I wrote again asking for a partial refund and they said they would send another tree, at the end of the week.

The tree was shipped after April 30, which goes against their policy. When received it was in bad condition, the leaf that was on the plant was dead. I followed the receiving / prep instructions prior to planting. Since planting has shown 0 signs of life, I was hoping it would recover. It has been planted for a month, and did not recover. I conducted the scratch test on the bark, and it is brown not green. After submitting a request for return, leaving voice mails, and emails. I was contacted a week later, they informed me I must ship back the dead tree at my expense. Even though the issue was created by their poor shipping methods. Nice...

Unfortunately, I read the negative ratings about the company after I ordered.
