Richard has been a God sendI cant begin to list all of the things he's done for us but as an example it was about pm dec 23rd when our heat went out I called Richard who was preparing to leave on a hour drive to be with his dad who was having a triple bypass He made a detour to make sure that my family had heat on a degree nightNo one but Richard will ever get my businessHe again came to the rescue when our air conditioning failed and he dealt with our home warranty company as an out of network provider And trust me they are not easy to deal withstarsHe is the Best
I had Thacker Plumbing & Heating come to my house because I had water coming out of my furnaceWhen they arrived a gentleman, named Tom, who was very nice and professional, and turned out to be the supervisor of heating and cooling himself (even the upper level employees aren't afraid to get their hands dirty in this company!) took a look at my AC It turns out my air conditioner was freezing up because it had a leak with the coolant He explained to me that because of the age of my equipment and the cost to look for the leak and fix it wouldn't be wise and gave me a price on a new one Here's the kicker, are you ready for this? As we were talking out by the unit he noticed something and stuck a tool in the air conditioner and tightened something and said "There, see if that works." Apparently he noticed a loose connection (which may have happened when my husband ran into the darn thing with the tractor/mower) but it's been running fine for almost months now! He only charged me the service call fee AND fixed it, but you can be sure that when this thing finally dies I WILL be calling Thacker Plumbing and Heating THANKS TOM!!!
