Good Afternoon,I have reached out and spoken with our customer
*** ***. I listened to her concerns on an order that she had
placed earlier this monthHer first concern was misinformation provided to her with a
tracking number. It was explained to her to be a UPS tracking
number, when in fact it was a USPS (US
Mail) tracking number. The second concern was her attempts to contact us and not receive a
call back from a representative. When I received this message, I directly reached out to apologize for the concerns she encountered and I have addressed both
concerns on this matter. I thanked her for her
feedback and she thanked me for the follow up phone call. She also
shared that she had in fact received her package yesterday. Thank you,Roddy ***Tennis Express Director

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and this response did not resolve the complaint I had to send the company proof of purchase of the *** ***, which should not be the case for a gift After I did so they refunded the *** *** purchaser the amount of purchase, so I consider the case closed
