Good Afternoon On the signed service agreement it clearly states that it is pounds per cubic yard - as well as a disclosure that states "the above rates do not include special pick ups, contaminated trash, extra sorting and processing fees and hazardous material."Per the phone conversation today - we have already credited the account for $for her final pick up on 10/31/& 11/6/including the dumpster over weight chargesAt that time [redacted] agreed to the credit and the final amount being owed of $We have waived the overage charges on multiple occasions in the pastWe feel that this concern had already been addressed per the phone conversation and the agreement was fair for both parties

I am rejecting this response because: there was no service agreement sent to meI was operating under the previous years agreementI was never given a bill or invoice for any overages in the pastThe only correspondence received from tennis was receipt of paymentAlso, I agreed to the bill because the people at tennis were rude and not willing to listen and it was the easiest thing g to do at the timeI am disputing all of the overages charged to my account because of the weight assessed on 10/where it was noted as lbs, and the only thing in the dumpster was gal bags of household waste. The most these bags could have weighed would be lbs as my husband carried three in one handI feel that Tennis may have been overcharging me for the past five months and am disputing all of the overages that have been assessedAs mentioned, there were never any invoices sent to that showed the overagesI was also never received any invoices during the past three years, so if they were waiving the overages at that time, I was not awareI feel a full refund should be issued because of tennis poor business practices and lack of communication

*** initially contacted our office on September 7th to order a yard dumpster to be delivered September 8th.At the time of the order *** was asked what type of use did he need the dumpster for. He indicated that he would be using it for a remodeling project. *** was quoted and
paid $for a construction only dumpster for his remodeling project. Upon our driver getting to the job site to remove the dumpster on September 12th our driver notified us that the dumpster had items not pertaining to a remodeling project including but not limited to books and bags of trash. Because these items are non-construction debris the load becomes a mixed household use dumpster which is a price difference of $94.48. We contacted *** while the driver was on site to notify him of the situation and that we would need to collection the additional $because of the change in load type. He refused to pay the difference so we left the dumpster until payment is received

today - we have already credited the account for $24.60 for her final pick up on 10/31/17 & 11/6/17 including the dumpster over weight charges. At that time [redacted] agreed to the credit and the final amount being owed of $43.36. We have waived the overage charges on multiple occasions in the past. We feel that this concern had already been addressed per the phone conversation and the agreement was fair for both parties.

[redacted] called into our office on Thursday the 3rd and spoke with one of our customer service reps - at that time she was informed of the 9am cut off to make payment when the account is on a hold status for non payment.  At the time the CSR made the exception and informed [redacted] that if she...

called back to make the payment before the office closed she would get her trash on schedule for pick up (Friday).   [redacted] made the payment on our online payment system at 2am of the 4th.If the payment would have been made by 4:30pm over the phone or 5pm in the office yesterday the 3rd her trash would have been serviced today.  Due to the fact that the payment was not made - the trash was not serviced today. Her service is resumed, the $10 reactivation fee has been waived and is set for pick up next Friday and as [redacted] had already been instructed by a CSR as well as the owner we will take 2 weeks worth of trash at no additional cost on her next pick up day - which is with in the time frame of her moving out of her current residence.
