building. I replied 6-8 months. The building was condemned due the smoke, fire and water damage and needs to be demolished and a new one created. We are trying to expedite everything now and hope for a May 13, 2016 reopen date. I told Mr. [redacted] all passes, gift cards, coupons, etc. will be honored and he was assured they would not expire, to which he became belligerent and yelled "I want my F[redacted]ing money! Turn it in to your insurance and they will pay for it!" That was totally inappropriate and unprofessional and then started going into his personal health problems to a complete stranger, which I felt was not right.
I do wish to help however. I have contacted our insurance agent and they provided me with a claim form. I will email it to [redacted] at the Revdex.com and she can forward it to you. It need to be filled out in its entirety and mailed back WITH the unused passes or gift cards to [redacted] XXXXX Attn: Insurance, or you may drop it off at the Revdex.com office personally to ensure it does not get lost in the mail. Their address is 4011 Parnell Ave Ft. Wayne, IN 46805. We will turn it in to our insurance company as part of our total claim. When we get reimbursed, you shall be as well. Surely with the magnitude of this damage, you can understand it is not a simple cash refund.
