We apologize for the miscommunication with our customer.  Ms. [redacted] has been previously interacting with an employee, on his personal company email, who has left our work place since their first interaction.  His emails were set up for forwarding and Ms. [redacted] brought it to our attention...

that the forwarding must have been set up incorrectly as we did not receive her email to him from 2 days ago.  It appears our previous employee was handling her return for her, and ceased employment in the middle of the process, leaving a time lapse in our normal refund procedures.  We made contact with Ms. [redacted] today and have issued her refund for her along with our apologies for this rare miscommunication on our end and thanking her for her patience and understanding.  This complaint has been fully resolved and we appreciate the assistance of Revdex.com in assuring customer satisfaction.

our reps are on the line it will ring to voicemail where you can leave a viocermail and are not on hold forever. Our policy is to return the voicemails in the order they are received as quickly as possible. We apologize if there was a delay in reaching you. We have spoke with the customer about this issue. All of our units have a one year manufacturer's warranty on them in the rare case there is a defect. This customer's unit was tested to be defective and we are issuing a full refund for the order as they were not interested in a replacement. This matter has been handled and we do apologize for any frustrations. We strive to offer the best customer service and help our customers as quickly as possible as we know they are in pain. Our sincerest apologies again.
