I called All Star Moving and spoke to [redacted] on the evening of July 16, and discussed moving the following week We decided on July 22nd, Wednesday morning 8-8:30am On July 21st at 2:48pm, I called [redacted] to confirm I told him who I was and the name of my street, he instantly replies, "Yes sir, we will be there tomorrow 8am sharp." The morning of the 22nd, I called [redacted] again at 8:23am to ask where his crew was, [redacted] then said, "We'll be there tomorrow morning 8am." I told [redacted] that my move is today and he said that he was looking at his schedule and was thinking about that but he has me for Thursday morning I told [redacted] that we had discussed that my move was Wednesday (July 22nd) and that I called him yesterday afternoon (July 21st) and he confirmed it [redacted] said he can have his crew at my house Thursday but I told him that the buyer of my house is expecting to move in this afternoon [redacted] said that he could possibly get a crew to the house sometime between 3-5pm I told him to put down for that because he has me over a barrel and that he has put me in a very bad position I informed [redacted] that in the meantime that I would be trying to find someone to move me sooner [redacted] was unapologetic the entire call

Highly unprofessional
I'm not a firm believer of writing negative reviews I personally feel that the best manner to handle poor service is to not support the business However, since *** essentially "threatened" me, I felt that this review was very deserving
I will never use or recommend Allstar Moving & Delivery due to ***'s behavior And if *** is a professional, he will redirect his energy for developing "a plan of suing me for slander" into potentially rectifying this situation with myself and other potential customers who may come across this review
I used Allstar Moving & Delivery for my move from *** Georgia to *** Georgia in December and was pleased with the service and pricing This led me to send an inquiry with *** *** (owner) on October 15, for an upcoming move in *** Georgia on October 31, I called *** with details on October 15, and followed up with an email *** verbally guaranteed that he would be able to perform the move for me in *** Georgia and that "I had his word because he was a God-fearing man" (his words not mine) I never received a response to my email, and gave *** a call the following day, October 16, *** said that he received my email and that he was in the middle of a move, but I had no worries and he would still be able to handle my upcoming move
On October 21, 2015, I finally received an email from *** stating "thanks for your inquiry, I'm sorry we are completely booked." I was a little dismayed because this contradicted what he verbally stated previously I immediately called him to see if he confused my moving request for another *** told me again that he was completely booked and that he did not appreciate the fact that I told him that "I did not believe my move should take over hours (including travel time)" in the original email that I sent to him on October 15, *** felt that this was an example of me telling him how to do his job and he was not going to accept that
As I mentioned to ***, my "hour time frame" was a personal estimate If my time estimate was unrealistic, then *** (as the moving professional), should have advise me (as the customer) otherwise *** went on to mention that there were closer movers in *** *** and *** (Georgia) and that I should contact them *** is correct with that statement, however I chose to contact him initially for my move because I used him previously and was familiar with his professionalism (or at least I thought) Furthermore, if *** felt that my move was "out of his area" then he should of told me that when I initially reached out to him on October 15, (If *** would have suggested to contact a moving company that was closer, in the beginning, I would have had no problems and would of still considered *** for any future moves that I may have had.)
During this phone call, I advised *** that I would be going onto *** and *** and reviewing him based on his lack of professionalism (*** called this a "threat") *** then advised that if I give him any negative reviews, that he would contact his lawyers and sue me for slander
While *** never provided me with a written confirmation of acceptance to my moving request (I emailed him twice prior trying to get this to no avail), his lack of professionalism is clearly evident by the rude treatment and harsh comments he spoke, texted, and emailed to me Moreover, ***'s threat of suing me
