We find the client’s complaints to be unfounded and made in the spirit of defamationTents are temporary structures, and our experienced crew setup the tent per industry standardsThe crew cleaned all the equipment on the day of installationThe crew setup the tent on Thursday, June 15thThe remainder of the invoice was paid after having been on site with the client present and with the installed tent and equipment presentIn a reasonable exchange, any dissatisfaction would have been addressed prior to settling the balance owedAfter receiving complaints from the client on Friday, June 16th, we did offer to remove the tent for a full refundThe client chose to use the tent and accompanying equipment for their event on Saturday, June 17thTents do sometimes collect some water; however, it is my understanding that rain could not have collected on the tent until the evening hours of Sunday, June 18th because the area did not receive any rain on Friday, June 16th or Saturday, June 17thIf that is not the case, and the tent did accumulate some rain during the hours of the event, we should have been notified

I did not call tentsrus because I had called him the day it was dropped off and he said he could do nothing for me. It was too late for me to run another tent from someone else so I was stuck with it. I'm not exactly sure why Mr. Spring thinks that it did not rain in our location because it rained off and on all week. I also included a few pics and tent instructions for staking to show it was incorrect. One says it takes on water when pitched wrong. I will send more pics that I sent Mr. Spring.
