So when
am I going to see an additional $plus change? The account has been changed with a new cardThey don't get back to you on purpose so now im stuck without any resolutionI specifically mentioned that a lady by the name of diana from my current healthcare company is willing to vouch for my behalfWhy couldn't your office contact her? This could have been resolved by now*** ***

After reviewing this complaint in detail, it is determined that all protocol was followed and Ms*** received the correct refund. However, I always want to see a positive outcome therefore I am approving the additional refund of $ I hope this satisfies the parties involved

Dear Mrs *** * I understand you had a lengthy follow up call with Cindy P*** from Urgent Care Extra today. I thank you for contacting us and as Cindy explained, we have very high expectations that we strive to meet every day for our patients and their families. We will
take your experience and use it to provide training not only to the specific provider mentioned in your email but also all of our providers. We will also ensure that we cover the OTC medication prescription issue you described so that other patients do not have the same experience. Again - I apologize for the service you received and we will address the staff involved immediately. We have reached out to this gentleman via phone with no response. He has been placed on the "stop" list and should no longer be receiving letters

Tell us why here...We received your Revdex.com Complaint and tried reaching you yesterday but left a message for you on your voicemail The rapid strep test was removed back on 2-29-for your date of service with us on 12-26-and sent to your insurance with BCBS as a corrected claimWe
received your explanation of benefits from BCBS showing that $was applied to your deductible on 3-7-You do have a credit of $currently but once your explanation of benefits is posted to this date of service, the $will be deducted to your credit and leave a credit then of $12.62. We do apologize for the letters that you received from ***Your account was removed from *** on 4-1-as paid in fullUnfortunately sometimes it crosses over with the correspondence that was already sent out along with your account being updated.Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further concerns.Again we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you

I have already spoken to the complaintant and have rectified the situation to the satisfaction of both parties
