Review: On Friday the 14th of February, I went to Teppanyaki Grill and Supreme Buffet for their all you can eat buffet lunch. I have been doing this for many months. Their price list on the way in states lunch is $7.95 ( I believe). When the bill was presented to me, I was shocked, it was for a little over $13! The receipt had a heading saying "Holiday" price. When I asked what 'Holiday" it was the waitress said "Valentines Day". I explained that Valentines day is NOT a Holiday, any more than Ground Hogs day is or Mothers and Fathers Day. She said, "I'm sorry". So, on that alone, I should be upset and I was. Second, in my 51 years of going out to eat, I have NEVER paid more for the meal on any legitimate or Federal Holiday. That is just crazy. Third, I believe this to be simply price gouging. And last, NO WHERE in their signage did it state that the price would be more because of this Valentines Day "Holiday". Had that been the case, I would have left and come back when their "normal" non "holiday prices were in affect.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, or a voucher for the amount I paid.

On this particular day, we did however place a sign at our entrance notifying customers of our Valentine's Day special prices. We do recognize that Valentine's Day is NOT a holiday, but on special occasions such as this day we take pleasure in offering our customers unique items to the menu, for example Oyster and Lobster. Our Monday through Saturday lunch is in fact $ 7.95 plus tax per adult, but since we included more items we did raise adult prices to $ 12.29 plus tax.

I would like to reassure you that we have informed our employees to tell customers when prices are raised for future reference.
