Tepperman's (Sarnia)

Extremely Unsatisfied over a defective product and NO RESOLUTION at all from the *** Extended warranty Tepperman's exceptionally friendly staff convinced us WAS NEEDED on the expensive shiny Samsung washer and dryer we bought
Without so much as a service call/or look at my squealing dryer, my service call was CANCELED and I was told that I cannot call for service through anyone else or my entire (useless it appears) warranty is null and void! But they won't COME TO LOOK AT THE BROKEN PRODUCT TO FIX IT
I have spent over hours on the phone between Tepperman's (This isn't our problem once the item is sold Ma'am) to the CornerStone reps (by the way that business couldn't be found on this site for their own complaint, how shady?) who still only wanted to email us
*** breaks within months of purchase and your warranty gets you told off when you try to book an appointment to fix your APPLIANCE I've been without a dryer for a week now and I will never buy "top of the line" again since it's built with end of the line in mind
