Review: I am unable to eat corn. I'm allergic. I ordered from this business through GrubHub 4 times in one week. I have spent quite a bit of money with them. I ordered flour tacos 3 days in a row using the same instructions of no corn tortillas. For 2 days, I recrieved my order in perfect condition and tipped the delivery man nicely. The second day, I received all corn. I figured it was a small mistake. I called to resolve the issue and was told by the cashier, a young lady, that I would need to be charged extra for the flour tortillas, since the size was larger. I agreed and stated it was no problem. However, she quickly then stated that they were not able to serve flour tacos, and made no attempt to resolve the issue or refund my money. I asked to speak with the [redacted], and she stated that he wasn't in. I asked for his name, and found he was named [redacted]. I called back three times later that night and still received the same answer. I called the following day, and the same girl replied stating that he was not in. I went online to search for their corporate number, and found the [redacted]s number. After speaking with him, I realized that he worked the night of my issue, meaning that the young lady blatantly lied to me. A customer who has spent quite a bit of money in a span of a week. The [redacted] completely disregarded the fact that an employee lied to a customer, and continued to stress the fact that he wanted the food. After two days of calling, and being lied to, it is absolutely absurd to expect an exchange when I have an allergy to corn. I find this insulting and a terrible way to do business.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and the employee who lied, somewhat dealt with for a horrible customer service experience.
