I hired Teresa Toole, P.E., Inc in August of to settle a permit problem in Charlotte County Florida regarding a gazebo that we had installed for private use A neighbor called the County to informed them that I had not applied for a permit for this structureWe were ignorant of the permitting procedureWe came from a state that a permit was not needed for such a structure MsToole was professional, knowledgeable, fair and honest with all communications that I had with her She was up front with payments due to her I worked with her and took all advice given to me from her to settle the problem Charlotte County was very vague with permitting of such a structure, therefore many problems occurred as we tried to procure this permit MsToole proceeded professionally towards myself and the county and everyone that came in contact with her Her vast knowledge of her profession made me feel that I had chosen the right professional for the permitting process I am sincerely happy that I hired her to get through this very difficult process My gazebo was permitted in a timely matter
