I am writing in response to a complaint filed against me #[redacted]. Back in 2014, I reached outto Groupon to help increase my clientele. It did just that. How it works, is they set a "go live" dateand sell Groupon's to their customers. Then, the customers who purchased groupons wouldthen contact me...

to schedule the appointment. It started off great, and I was getting very busy. But the Groupons kept selling and I was getting booked, up 2-3 months at least at this point. Icontacted Groupon and advise them to stop selling them. I continued to redeem groupons asthey called for the next year or so. Being that I was so booked up, people were not happy aboutwaiting 2 to 3 months for an appointment. This is when all the mean people came out it seems. Iwould get calls from people stating their Groupon's were expiring soon and they needed to get inASAP. Mind you, I'm booked out 2 to 3 months at this point. When I explain that the promotionalvalue was only good for six months from the date of purchase, but it was still good it face valueafter expiration date, they would lose it on me. This is when I started advising Grouponcustomers that I could not accommodate, to contact Groupon to get their refunds. Groupon wasgreat and refunded every single person that I was not able to accommodate, no questionsasked. There is even a pending refund to this customer, all she has to do is contact Groupon toget it.
I apologized over and over for the scheduling mishaps. I was testing out an online schedulingsystem and ended up having a ton of double books, and even appointments that would justdisappear. Very frustrating for both Clients and me, so I went back to book scheduling at thattime. But of course, by now she was very frustrated with me, and I was frustrated with her. Shekept contacting me about refunding her money, when all she needs to do is call Groupon to gether money back. Which I kept telling her to do.
Friday, April 8, 2016, I started receiving text messages from this customer. Saying this is ademand for payment and to send $96 to po box ... Followed by numerous text messages statingwho she was and how I've stood her up and double booked her, and how she's taking me tocourt. I again told her to contact Groupon for her money and had to block her number. That nextmorning, Saturday morning, my Husband got a friend request from her on Facebook, where wefind she is bashing me on her page. He did not except the request but we did screenshot herprofile picture where there are two ladies in it. Next day, Sunday morning, I went running where Iusually do, andI  saw one of the ladies in the profile picture. I'd never seen her there before, so atthis point, I knew she had stocked my Facebook, and is now showing up places she knows I'll be.She knows where I work out, who I'm married to, and has seen pictures of my kids. I got back tomy car without incident. Next day, Monday afternoon, I'm in my office, waiting on a client tocome get some paperwork. Client walks in and I advised her to shut and lock the door behindher. "There's a crazy lady after me!" I said. I briefly start telling my client about the situation, butnever once did I mention this customers name, nor is she a client so there was no breach ofHIPAA. This customer states that she quietly knocked three times and didn't try to talk to methat day? She openhandedly slapped my door 10 times as hard as she could. She even tried to -open the door (thankfully it was locked) and started yelling at me through the door. Colleaguenext to me came out and walked her out He stated she was not in the right frame of mind.Started venting to him about her life issues and how her husband just had a stroke. He said shedidn't seem right and that I should be aware. After all the phone calls and messages, Facebookstocking, showing up at my work and where I work out... The only way to protect my family wasto threaten the TRO.
I have contacted Groupon. They say they sold this customer one voucher on October 30, 2014.And;"To get the refund, please advise the customer to contact our customer service team at 877-788-7858 9 AM to 5 PM CTS email: "[email protected]" Which I have done numerous oftimes. As far as my license and workplace go; my license has always been active, up until January 31,2016. It expired, and I wasn't finished with some of my continuing education hours. Since then, there has been no practice. I've been finishing up my continuing education hours as well as allmy reception work. Which, let me add, I spend more-time in-my office being my own receptionistthan I do a massage therapist. Some continuing education is done online, and then you have somany hours of hands-on practice to complete it.  I am currently caught up on all of those hoursand have sent everything into the DOH. I just check the website every day to see when I can getback to hands-on "work". Until then, I'm in and out of my office every few days checking mailand returning phone calls.
I am not quite sure why this lady has gone through all of this effort and stalking me over aGroupon. I was not able to accommodate her. All she needs to do is contact Groupon and theywill refund her money, no questions asked.

In reply to the Response of Ms. S[redacted] to complaint #[redacted]. Respondent failed to takeadvantage of the Revdex.com’s opportunity to resolve this matter and has attempted to cover up herillegal activities.
Teresa is not an LMP and as of 5/6/16 has not applied. Ms. S[redacted]. Massage by Teresa andother names that she has done business under have not been licensed with the State or city as abusiness.
Ms. S[redacted]’ response is an admission that she is not licensed, does not understand HIPAA ,failed to follow the Rules of Professional Conduct, did not intend to honor Groupon, doublebooks, stands up clients, and stalked me after a refund was requested.
I will not waste my time, or yours, going into all of the untruthful comments made by theRespondent. My Groupons were active when the 1st massage was double booked. That wasmore than 1 year before she wrote that she had a new system and delays and Teresa continuedher requests to reschedule until 1/30/16.
April 8, 2016, I sent a message to allow an opportuntity to make things right and with a“demand for payment” should a small claims action be necessary.
Teresa’s responses were rude, unproductive, and escalated until I wrote repeatedly that sheshould not contact me again except through my attorney.
Stalking my Facebook with her spouse was what S[redacted] writes that she did instead. Thenthe tale gets weirder with allegations that are more absurd, untrue, and libelous. It is obvious thatshe is trying to revise being caught to cover for her illegal and unethical conduct. Should Ms.S[redacted] claim attempt to make contact with my family or friends (other than through relevantagencies or my attorney), then her actions or those she directswill be documented and reported.
Finally, the department that licenses massage practitioners, as of 5/6/16, had not received anapplication. Still, Ms. S[redacted] claims to be checking for her license.
