Drapes have holes, they are dirty, they are wrinkle, and they are nothing like the picture of what I ordered.
On 7/2/20 I ordered 3 blackout drapes. I gave *** a picture of what I wanted done and gave her a deposit. She said it would take 3 weeks. Two weeks later I called to check on them. I was told that the sewing machine was broken and that she also needed to remeasure. I called a week later and she said they'll be done as soon as I can. On 7/30/20 *** came to Install the drapes. They are dirty and looks like they tried to clean it with some type of white out. They have little holes. The stitching is dirty and left little holes in every stitch. They were totally wrinkled. They came back a few days later to steam them. Within an hour after they left they were back to being wrinkled. *** told me that the contract says that they don't give refunds. I paid $1881 and every person that walks in says"do you know that the drapes are full of holes". I used them because someone that I trust had recommended them. And the reviews were good. The review was from *** the installer. To me that's FRAUD! This company should closed down!!! I paid the full amount for custom made draperies not something that looks like drapes that you buy "as is" in a store. I would of been better of buying them in a store at least they would of exchanged them or refunded my money for something that it's definitely damaged.

Pictures do not LIE (attached) - But this business does. *** and *** are both LIARS - BEWARE OF THESE CON ARTISTS
Mr and Mrs Con Artist complete this ill-fated transaction by blaming the customer. They did the same thing when I called to complaint, in the nastiest tone, they raised their voice "WHAT DO YOU WANT!!" ...not in question form either.
The fabric was installed with HOLES - not needle marks, dozens of holes in the actual fabric. Probably damaged and soiled along the way as *** the installer is a sweaty mess. Same *** that wrote a beautiful review about his OWN business on Google - Con man and a liar. I would not let them back in the house again to redo them.
Look at the picture of the fabric and re-read their response about "stitching holes"... Her stitching is criminal, too.
This encounter costs $1881 - Judging by their demeanor, their appearance and their attitude, they NEED the money more than I do...
For the buying public... just take a closer look before giving these bandits your money.
Careful who you call a liar and Con Artist. We may turn and complain about your slandering.
We have not lied about this entire sale. Full disclosure was given. Plus second opportunity to change fabric. Tried to steer her away from this material.
Also the customer received a no cost upgrade to Architrac roding.
We will replace the current draperies with the same material draperies.No cost.
We will allow the customer to upgrade to a better fabric, or different fabric, there may be a charge depending on the material she chooses. We are afraid of this customer and may need a third party on site to monitor the install, no expense to us. This job was done at cost, customer was on a budget.
