I wanted to pass along that the client did in fact get all her photos taken on an online galleryEdited and not edited (which I normally dont) I then send a cd and a $check for her full refundApparently she moved from MA to NHI don't think she received this. I will send more cd
with photos, and a refund to her new address and I hope this can resolve this issue"

Everything that this company has sent me back has never had my name on it, nor has it had my family members name. Nothing stating the last four of our card numbers or anything. When asked for this information, it is never given by Teri Lynn as well. I am still waiting for my refund and I do not believe that she submitted it. I also tried calling the company that she claims she processed the refund to, I cannot get ahold of them, as I do not have a cr. I asked Teri Lynn for this and she has not gotten back to me with this info still. If I do not get my money back by Monday- We will be filing a lawsuit in claims court

In response to the complaint"*** and *** had there wedding October 2015, they hired my business, Teri Lynn photography. They purchased a package for $Deposit of $paid May 15, 2015, remaining balance of $to be paid day of wedding..which included , Hours of
Coverage, USB Flash Drive (500+) Photos of Wedding, Photo Album, Framed 11xPhoto, Photographers, travel included, free engagement session.My associate and I ended up showing up, about minutes late due to traffic, causing us to miss most of the getting Ready part of the bride and groom. As a result I offered an $off they're packageThey paid a total of $for the package mentioned before.Early January 2016, my computer had crashed causing issues with my software to order an album and enlargements from my labI offered clients a refundIn September they received a refund check for the amount of $250.00, then in October received an additional $as a refund for not receiving the album and photo enlargements, which I feel is more then enough. With those refunds the clients received hours coverage, photographers, free engagement session and flash drive with All the photos professionally edited for only $150.00.. After my business paying costs of 2nd photographer, postage, editing time, flash drive, and mailing of refunds I am losing more money. The value of the album and enlargements was only $so I feel our outcome was more then fair for them"Thank you

Client was refunded the full session prices as soon as photographer was notified of the mixup on session times(this fee was paid via *** ** and takes 3-days to reflect bank accounts, photographer sent client email proof of refund request)Photographer offered client a full redo session for
free. I am beyond apologetic and offered to make this right with client

 We had set time, there was no mix up. The photographer did not show up to our agreed time and also did not contact me to let me know that she would not be coming. I will provide screen shot images of our conversation.
