These windows were bought and installed by Reliable Window in September 2002 over 12 years ago. Our labor is 5 years, most companies its 1 year. We stand behind our work. I am in the office M-F 7:30-4:00 and the only one in the office. This is a service issue...
with [redacted] Windows not me but I went out of my way to help Mr. [redacted] get the parts he needed. It is not my fault it has taken them this much time to get the parts to me. I have e mailed and called [redacted] Windows many times about these parts, I did just receive 4 of the same part not 2 and 2 as Mr. [redacted] needed. Mr. [redacted] can call [redacted] Windows direct to speed things up # is [redacted]. Thank You,[redacted]
