Of the two guys that work for Husbands for Hire we only met Jesse who came to our home to do a SHOWER renovation estimateAt first he guessed the project would take about daysFineWe wrote up a formal contract and informed Jesse that there would be one to signHis response? Oh wait, the project will probably take 7-daysOk? We would just have to re-schedule from late June to early July, which was mutually agreed uponAs we wrote up a new formal contract, he backed out of the project in it's entirety and did so unprofessionally and disrespectfullyHe cited that "Normally customers do not write formal contracts, and of the two employees at Husbands for Hire they are moving things around and need to drop some projectsOurs was therefore the easy choice." Mind you we have spent the last two months looking for these renovators who won the project bid, came in for the estimateTold us days, switched to 7-Then backed out sighting our inability to accommodate 3-additional days of not having access to a shower...and our strange desire to want a formal contract signedI will also say again that we requested a project rescheduling from the end of June to the beginning of July to accommodate additional renovation days into my work and overall life scheduleOverall terrible experience, unprofessional, and honestly sketchyJust wish that they had not wasted so much of my time and then back out in a rude way
