Dear Ms***,Andy Mohr Mitsubishi did send over the cancellation information to our Hamilton county office in MarchWe normally get them processed and checks cut within 3-weeks The cancellation was overlooked and we just received the payoff letter from [redacted] dated April 15th last week It was not Andy Mohr Mitsubishi intent to maliousliously delay payment or cause Ms [redacted] "harm" We apologize for the delay and after verifying my response with Revdex.com today have mailed out checks to customer The checks total $The are in the USPS mail as of today 4/28/ If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me Thank You, Melinda R [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below First of all there is no mention in their reply as to why they used a bolt and nut with two different threads Second Yvonne lost her cool with me and I defended myself When I called that day I wanted to know why my wife was there for hours and no work was done She told me I needed to call and talk to the service manager He was not there that day, so I wanted her to give me a reason She said there was no bolt missing and the alignment was fine As you know this was not correct She lost her cool with me when her answers were not good enough and so I said if you do not like your job then you need to quit Also this is my wifes car and I was at the time the only source of income in the family I was also in a black out period at my job and could not just take off Are they not the mechanics? Why am I doing the work on my own car that they caused by myself and with them? Also they did not have a reason as to why I was hung up on the second time by their customer service rep Why did they try to tell me that my fuel injectors or mass air flow was the issue when the mechanic that worked on my car had to have seen the hose that was causing the vacuum leak? Do they not know what they are doing, do they not care, or are they trying to get business Wouldn't you look over your work before you were stamping it done Why did they not have a reason as to why the service managers reason for using the nut and bolt with different threads was because they were running out of bolts? Is this why I was missing the bolt I was and were they hoping I would not notice? Really at this point I do not want them to touch my car, but I do want it documented that this company has wronged a customer I am too afraid something else might pop up Not to mention Yvonne talking about me to my wife basically saying I was wrong, when I was not This is not me trying to get free work, this is me trying to set things right Like I said I do not want them touching my car Regards, [redacted] ***

THIS VEHICLE HAS NEVER BEEN SEEN BY US PREVIOUS TO THE MITSUBISHI RECALL PERFORMEDCUSTOMER HAS NEVER BROUGHT IN HIS VEHICLE, HE HAS ALWAYS SENT HIS WIFE INORIGINAL RECALL OF HIS MITSUBISHI LANCER WITH 141,MILES WAS COMPLETED ON 10/22/CUSTOMER CONTACTED OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON 10/25/WITH REGARDS TO HEARING SCRATCHING NOISES AT LOW SPEEDS, WE ASKED HIM TO BRING VEHICLE IN FOR OUR INSPECTION WE FOUND A REAR EXHAUST SHIELD RATTLE AND REPAIRED AT NO COST TO CUSTOMER, WE ADVISED CUSTOMER THAT HE ALSO HAD A FRONT BALL JOINT WORN NEEDING REPLACEMENTWIFE DECLINED WORKHUSBAND THEN SAID HE DOES ALL HIS SERVICE WORK HIMSELF AND SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ITWITH OUR DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $WAS WAIVED AGAIN FOR MR [redacted] WITH NO RELATION TO THE MITSUBISHI PCM RECALL UPDATEMR [redacted] THEN BECAME VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO OUR SERVICE ADVISOR YVONNE R***, WHEN ASKED FOR HIM TO CEASE THIS TYPE OF VERBAGE BECAME MORE ENRAGED LEADING THE ADVISOR TO DISCONNECT PHONE LINE MR [redacted] THEN CONTACTED ME PERSONALLY (BILL R [redacted] ) I TALKED WITH HIM DEPTH ABOUT HIS CONCERNS WANTING MORE WORK DONE FOR FREE SUCH AS AN ALIGNMENT STEERING WHEEL STRAIGHTENED, I EXPLAINED THAT MY SERVICE MGR HAD PERSONALLY WORKED ON HIS CAR AND I WOULD DISCUSS WITH MR S*S AND HAVE MR S*S CONTACT HIM BACK ASAP AFTER DISCUSSING WITH BRIAN S [redacted] SERVICE MGR DECISION WAS MADE TO DO STEERING ALIGNMENT FOR FREE TO CUSTOMER AS GOOD WILL ON OCTOBER 25THMR [redacted] WAS ADVISED BY ME (BILL R [redacted] ) WE HAD ASKED MR [redacted] FOR HIM PERSONALLY TO BRING HIS CAR IN TO US TO SPEAK TO HIM DIRECTLY WITH HIS CONCERNS AND TO SHOW HIM UNDER CAR ON OUR LIFT HIS AUTOMOBILE REPAIRS DONE BY US BUT ONCE AGAIN HE SENT HIS WIFE TEST DRIVE WITH DONE WITH SERVICE MGR BRIAN S*S AND EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, WE SENT MR [redacted] PER HIS REQUEST A NEW CROSS MEMBER BOLT FOR HIS OWN REPAIR ON NOVEMBER 21STALL WORK WAS DONE CORRECTLY AND TO FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS.MR [redacted] THEN CONTACTED US AGAIN WANTING MORE SERVICE WORK (FRONT LEFT BALL JOINT) REPAIRED AT NO COST TO US BECAUSE HIS BELIEF WAS THAT MITSUBISHI OF AMERICA SHOULD PAY FOR BAD WORKMANSHIP, WE SUBMITTED HIS CLAIM TO MARK SINKOFF (MITSUBISHI ZONE SERVICE/PARTS MANAGER) WHO DID HIS OWN INSPECTION OF OUR WORK AND PROCEDURE WERE DONE CORRECTLY, MITSUBISHI SUBSEQUENTLY DENIED CLAIMCUSTOMER WAS INFORMED AND ONCE AGAIN IS ASKING FOR SOMETHING FOR NOTHINGMR ***S CLAIMS HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED AND MUST AT THIS POINT BE HIS RESPONSIBILITYANDY MOHR MITSUBISHI IS A TOP RANKED MITSUBISHI SERVICING DEALERSHIP AND HAS HAD ZERO COMPLAINTS OF THIS NATURESINCERELY BILL R [redacted]

10/25/2016 WITH REGARDS TO HEARING SCRATCHING NOISES AT LOW SPEEDS, WE ASKED HIM TO BRING VEHICLE IN FOR OUR INSPECTION WE FOUND A REAR EXHAUST SHIELD RATTLE AND REPAIRED AT NO COST TO CUSTOMER, WE ADVISED CUSTOMER THAT HE ALSO HAD A FRONT BALL JOINT WORN NEEDING REPLACEMENT. WIFE DECLINED WORK. HUSBAND THEN SAID HE DOES ALL HIS SERVICE WORK HIMSELF AND SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. WITH OUR DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $102 WAS WAIVED AGAIN FOR MR. [redacted] WITH NO RELATION TO THE MITSUBISHI PCM RECALL UPDATE.
