[redacted] ,I have been out of the officeBut here is my responseHowever all items have been taken care of alreadyWe had the items scheduled to do when the customer sent this complaintThere are some particular items I would dispute, especially the fact that I was mean to his father with Alzheimer’sI did not know that he had Alzheimer’s and I was laying in bed with the flu when the father showed up at my personal residence one morning complaining about the grass not being greenI explained why and that it was winter and it would come around with water and they all look that way but he was putting his finger in my faceI asked him to leave as I was not in a situation to discuss it and closed the doorI had no idea at all that he had any illnessOnce it was explained to me that he did I immediately went and apologized to him though I had actually done nothing wrong.As far as my employee being rude to the customer’s girlfriend I never witnessed itI do know the customer complained about an innocent comment my employee made about the grass being green when it was installed and he called me and said because of this he would no longer deal with my employeeOnce a customer moves in it is difficult to work around their schedule and that is the problem we had initiallyBut the customer’s girlfriend did have some days off and we were able to finally schedule the work and get it done [redacted] ***BJ [redacted] Builder, Inc

I am rejecting this response because: we are still working through the issues. I was given a closing date and even double checked it with [redacted] a week before. He should have completed everything on time and then we would not be working around our schedule.
