Company called stating crawl space is inches which they cannot access, had to drill holes in order to treatCustomer was advised of this and this was confirmed with the state licensing agencyIt was explained to the customer that this was what had to happen in order for the condition to be treatedSaid *** husband agreed that this was acceptable, but Mrs*** wasn't satisfied

he has all paperwork and he needs to supply, he is saying he only did a partial treatment, I pd for a full treatment.he is not using tunmerdol, but an infereior product, and he told me he will come out and do free treamtment and then do a new contract, for amonthnot accepital, he should of
done it corecttly from the start
