Bed bugs are a human parasite and are brought into the home by humans visiting bed bug infested homes, movie theaters, restaurants, bus stops, autos or hotels and motels. Termkon can not promise that a customer will not transport bed bugs or there eggs back to the home after the first service eliminated all the prior infestations.

My Fiance and I  were assured by both gentlemen that the product they use would keep my home free of bed bugs for 10 years.  We were assured that because of the nature of the product they used any bed bugs that came into contact with it would die.   10 year guarantee of effectiveness.   I looked up the product myself,  the Cimex, and it does guarantee to kill bed bugs (among other insect with an exoskeleton) for 10 years after initial application.   
It is my opinion that the pre-treatment inside the walls to kill the nymphs and eggs was unsuccessful.

[redacted] came over and quickly informed me I did not have termites! So I actually did not have any work done. Very happy with him and the news. I paid a nominal service fee

Review: Termkon was employed by me to rid my home of bed bugs. It has been longer that 30 days since the initial treatment on February 26th, and the bed bugs are still evident. Termkon did come out and do another treatment 2 weeks after the initial. I am unsatisfied with what was promised (bed bug infestation would be completely eradicated) and what is the current situation (bed bugs are still thriving).

Both gentleman were very professional and polite.Desired Settlement: I paid to have the bed bug infestation exterminated. By definition, the bed bugs have not been exterminated.
