We received great customer service until we place our order and paid a depositThe our order went from 4-week delivery time to week timeline and had to pull the order before the finishing work was done just so we could get our wood and begin our projectIn the middle of all this we also got a call the order was miss quoted and we actually owed more moneyWhen we asked questions via email or requested call backs we would have to make the request at least times before we received a reply
