I do not recommend doing any kind of business with this company. I rented from them for two years. When starting to do business with them they gave me at attitude that I was just another paycheck. Rent is very high compared to others in the area (ex. 1 bedroom $890 vs others being around $500-$600) You do get free cable and internet but it is out often out with no timeline on when it will be fixed.
This company will do everything they can to take every penny from you. When I moved out they did not communicate any intentions nor was it stated clearly in the lease. I was charged to replace the whole carpet for a total cost of $1800. The lease had one section in pets saying that if you had a pet you would lose your security deposit and nothing else (I paid regular and pet). In another section they said they would charge you for repairs, but never did it say you would have to pay above the cost of the security deposit. The company also did not cooperate with law to return or communicate this to me within 21 days. I did not hear from them until 25 days later. The company also promotes that if you recommend a new renter and they move in you get a reward. I had some friends move in and they did not fulfill this promise until months later after me asking about it over and over again. They had no intention of paying this out. To date I have not heard anything about my pet security deposit as they have not attempted to pay these back or put them to damages.
When trying to bring these complaints to the business you are brushed off and again treated like you don't matter. I tried to talk to Property manager David P and he wanted nothing to do with the conversation, continually pushing off blame and saying he couldn't talk or using unprofessional language. When I did call the corporation they are slow to respond and do not address concerns in a timely manor if at all. Many questions I asked about were simply ignored. For example when I brought up that it is a law to return the deposit or communicate with me in 21 days this was ignored.
In summary, This company treads on the line of ethics by ensuring they do not have to pay you back any money, and falsely promotes specials to draw people in which I question on their sensitivity to fulfill. I will never do any business with, or recommend others to do business with Teronomy as I feel that they are an unethical company.

We were forced to pay utilities even after our lease contract had ended. It clearly stated in the lease that there is no smoking permitted anywhere on the property; however, cigarette smoke continually seeped into our apartment (after complaining several times they still didn't do anything to solve the problem) and I witnessed firsthand the apartment manager smoking. They charged way too much for cleaning the apartment after we had moved out, they claimed it was beyond "normal wear and tear" after 2 years (even though our lease was for a year and a half), $750! They also over charged us on "broken" blinds, which none were broken, $35. My car, along with about 10 others, was broken in to while it was in the garage. Even though they weren't responsible for this, they didn't install any cameras afterwards inside the garage to make it safer. Looks can be deceiving; before you start to rent here make sure you ask lots of questions and get everything that they say in writing. We have lived in other apartment complexes and this was the only one that we didn't get our security deposit back from. Needless to say, myself and my husband are very disappointed with the outcome. We very much felt all that they cared about was getting their rent money.
