July 21st (yesterday) was the first time I had spoken to Ms*** and explained to her what we can do to help her situationWe have given her options and have not heard back from her on which is the best possible solution to resolve her issueWe are willing to help her situation within reason
and will make every effort to resolve whatever issue Ms*** has

I apoligize for any confusion in this matter.... We contracted the customer in the vehicle after an apporval for the loan was recieved from the lending institution from information that was given to us by the customer. We had all the legal paperwork signed as stated by the State including an error...

and ommsion/compliance agreement. The lending institution was unable to verify the information provided by the customer and unfortunatley declined to fund the contract. We attempted to make every effort with institution to get them to accept the deal as this is an obvious advantage for us in selling the automobile. After exhausting our options we had to contact the customer to have the vehicle returned. I was unaware that my employees had acted inapporpriatley in attempting to get the vehicle returned but I am aware that it did take more than a few attempts to get the vehicle back. No one was paid on this car deal as it was never a sold vehicle unfortunatley. I will speak with my employees and make a note in their personel file on how better to handle this situation if we run into this situation again. I would be more than happy to speak to Ms. Sanders if there is any quetions I can answer her. I have spoken to Mr. Sanders as he requested their down payment back and I made sure we got this for them as soon as I was asked. I hope this clears up any questions. Unfortunatley this was not our decsion, it was a decsion made by the lending institution to fund the customers contract from information given to us by the customer. again if there is any questions I can answer for [redacted], please don't hesitate to have her call me.
