Travis and Sarah were extremely professional I called Travis on Monday to set up a time for the inspection He quickly answered and said he could perform the inspection on that coming Friday I was very surprised at how fast he could schedule it When he and Sarah arrived they were kind and supportive of my first time home buying experience They explained their process and I was able to ask a lot of questions that they were happy to answer After the inspection they provided me with a verbal report of the major things they saw with the house as well as discussing what this might mean Again, being a first time home buyer I appreciated their respect for my many questions as well as their professionalism and genuine kindness I would recommend them to ANY person that needs a home inspection

Those inspections are done by professionals who are licensed, with equipment that would be considered by ASHI and InterNACHI standards, outside the scope of a general home inspection. I will try to simplify the report (what is typically a long list of concerns) with a summary to help guide the request to remedy processAll of the items that you indicated in your complaint to the Revdex.com were included in the reportThe issue is not that I hadn't discovered these items, or neglected to include these items in the reportThe issue is that I did not delegate these in the summary of main concernsI do not control what is asked for or what is agreed upon with the request to remedyI always inform my clients that although there is this summary of main concerns to help guide them, that they are always welcome to include anything in their request to remedy that they would likeRequesting that the sellers fix every item on my report, which is what occurred in this case, is unreasonableThe sellers responded with a realistic list for repairs, and you decided to terminate the contract. Very thorough, professional, personal, and easy to decipher

We are buying a home long distance for our Ohio state bound daughter We've seen the house and it had a prior inspection report done so we felt good about the property Travis did the current property inspection and found SO many problems that the other inspector NEVER foundI re-read the prior report and the other inspector viewed the roof with binoculars According to Travis' report, he actually got up on the roof and found issues with it since he was physically looking at it!! Very impressed with the scope of his report His report was very "user" friendly and easy to read and understand Would HIGHLY recommend Travis and his company
