Terraboost IS FRAUD!!! Stay away fro this joke of a company! I talked to a sales rep about marketing in Bed Bath and BeyondI told the sales rep I needed hrs to get this approved from my bossWhen I called to say it wasn't approved the rep said no refunds and charged my card Thank god Capital One refunded my money but we have been dealing with this joke of a company for their refundThey are liars I would never recommend using this company for anything

My office manager signed a contract for an advertisement of my private practice without my approval; it was about advertising my practice on a hand sanitizer billboard at Safeway for 1year($800/month 6times for 1yr ad) I disagreed with itMy office manager signed the contract against my disagreement, and he did not write the date intentionally until it was approved by meTherefore, the contract is invalidI contacted Terraboost Media(TBM) within days(2/22/2017) after the unauthorized signature, before any work was initiatedI informed TBM of the invalid authorization, and requested a refund ($for the first 2months)TBM responded that they would not cancel it since the non-cancellable contract was signed by meI continually informed the company of the invalid contract; therefore, the advertisement should not existHowever, TBM did not take into account of the invalid contractInstead, they requested me to submit a finalized and approved piece of artworkOtherwise, the c
