Complaint ID: [redacted] According to Management's records, the events occurred in the following order:1/27/Customer moved in2/2/Customer reported possible bed bugs in unitManagement emailed Pest Control Vendor for an inspection within the hour of the customer's reportLate in the afternoon, Management received an email from Pest Control Vendor for the scheduled date of inspection (2/6/17)_ Management called customer to make her aware of inspection date before the end of the business day.2/3/Management tried to get Pest Control vendor to come out sooner than 6th, the vendor could not accommodate Management's request2/6/Management called vendor to find out when they were to come out to inspect the unitManagement then emailed customer to notify her of the time, since Management was not able to contact the customer by phonePest Control performed first inspection and found no activity2/7/The City Code Compliance officer came to inspect the unit per the customer's requestDue to an outburst from the customer, the code compliance officer decided to not enter the customers unit and that inspection was rescheduled for the next day 2/8/172/8/The City Code Compliance officer, Housing Authority inspector along with Management went to the customer's unit to inspect and see if there were any bugs in the unitOne bug was found on the living room ceilingThe city code compliance officer asked the customer to take a picture for their records and explained to the customer that she could not identify it since she was not a certified pest control technicianThe housing authority inspector only noted a bug was foundManagement called and emailed the pest control vendor for another inspection to properly identify the bug found earlierThat was set up for the following day 2/9/17.2/9/Pest control vendor arrived and inspected the unit three times before he was granted access to the rear bedroom where dead bed bugs were foundA treatment was scheduled with the main pest control office for 2/13/17_2/10/Management signed the contract treatment agreement for treatment in the customer's unit.2/13/Treatment was performed for customer.2/17/Housing Authority inspector came to inspect customer's unitThe customer was not homeThe inspector called the customer to rescheduled, but asked if the customer was getting bitten by bugs or had seen any more bugs and the customer stated she had not.Management feels the customer's request was addressed properly and in a timely manner

Complaint: [redacted] Everything everything the company wrote is a lie they have done inspections the first one the man said it was bed bug activity the second one the manager Code Compliance came in I have a video where one is crawling on the wall but they forgot to mention that then they still made me wait for a third inspection the third inspection they found live ones and dead ones I have video of what I am saying also they did not contact me for one week after I reported the problem and then I had to wait another week for one inspection then I have to get a second one and the third one over these weeks my whole body is being ate up by bed bugs so nothing they said it's true I have a video where the manager is in here with code compliance and one is crawling on the wall and after three inspections they came down and put down powder in the apartment and all night I was throwing up and diarrhea and the instructions say the powder takes another two weeks to work I have proof through email this lady never contact me in hour I didn't hear from her for a whole week after I reported bed bugs I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

of the report, requesting an inspection for the unitOnce a scheduled date was given, the customer was notified via phone later that same afternoon on The scheduled inspection was for Monday, Feb 2/Once the leasing office was aware of the time pest control was going to be at the customer's home, an email was sent to the customer_ The first inspection showed no activity or findings of any bugsA second inspection was scheduled for Thursday, 2/On the second inspection performed by the pest control vendor, it was reported that dead bed bugs were seen In the master bathroomOn 2/Management requested to schedule a treatment for the customer along with inspecting all adjacent units for any possible activityNo activity was found on any of the adjoining unitsThe treatment has already been completed as of 2/13/Management feels that the customer's request has been addressed in a timely mannerCordiallyTerraces of Maine Creek Apartments *** *** Terraces of Marine Creek

These these people are untruthful as you see their story has changed from their first respond there First Responders am go go over a few of the lies because I don't have time no more ifthe Revdex.com wants to see the truth ask for my video now and there first respond they said Code Compliance didnt fine no bed bugs now and this one they say it was one on the ceiling and they say the man was not granted access three times for the rear bedroom I got the video of everything that happened that day and you will see that is nottrue he came in my daughter have it on video he found the bed bug right in the manager face and she keep asking him is that one he told her I'm go put everything on paper I was not here when I came in I unlock my room he only came in one timebefore he could not enter and I came within minutes and lethim in so everything they are saying is not true at this point intime I see we are not going to get anywhere as far asstatements my video even show me asking the manager whydid they fraud my lease can the Revdex.com officebelieve that this office is farting their new tenants Lease I havea video where I went in the office on February 4th excuseme February 3rd and I asked her why did youcheck the box that I inspected for bed bugs before signing thelease and the video will show her response the manager sheasked why was I mad and they was go take care of theproblem and my video will show the man never had to comethree times to get in this back bedroom my email to CodeCompliance boss will show cold compliance did not want tocome up on the first day because she was taking up for themanager I had to call Code Compliance boss for her to comeback out and come up and if they can't inspect what a bedbugis why are they coming out to look it seemed like they getting pay or getting a free check for nothing so can they respond whythe manager on the video acknowledging that they fraunded my lease saying I inspected for bed bugs before Imoved in when I Ithink that's the important part because they went out their way to check the box without me knowing that I inspected for bed bugs before signing the lease just because they fraud that part tails they knew bed bugs was in the unitMy video will show me walking into the office asking Jason the leasing agent to let me speak to the manager and ask her why did they check that box for me and you will also see me speaking with the manager At first she is speechless when I asked her why did you check that box for me then she said why are you mad we will take care of the problem but they not they continue to lie these peopleare untruthful just to wrap itup I have a video from the first inspection the man told mestraight to my face that it was bedbug activity he was going torequest for treatment II Code Compliance came in and it wasone crawling right on the wall the first time the office said itwasn't the third time the man came found several bed bugs inhere with the manager I have all this on video and never did hehave to come back times to enter my room that's just nottrue but that is expected of them because anyone who wouldfraud a least is a liar and this is the first time I heard Code Compliance didnt come up because I was angry but I'm not shock it's just another lie Code Compliance was taking the manager side from day one and was worried about a civil suit so she didn't want to come find bed bugs
