[redacted] was told very clearly that I was working in a hair transplant scar, left from his doctor. I never guarantee results when working in scar tissue, as scars by nature are stubborn and unpredictable when adding tattoo ink. We cannot predict how a scar will absorb our ink. [redacted] ... paid $1500 for three sessions, our standard amount of sessions for any given treatment. After three sessions completed, [redacted] was still not satisfied with the results. [redacted] insisted "he had taken a loan from a bank with high interest" and proceeded to threaten that "he will sue" if I do not continue to work on his scar. When he called me and voiced his concerns, I ultimately proceeded to complete two additional sessions at not cost. In the midst of scheduling 5 overall sessions together, [redacted] canceled his scheduled appointment multiple times (he canceled and rescheduled on 4 separate occasions). This continued to frustrate me as I have dedicated time to work with [redacted] . Each time he canceled equates to me missing an opportunity to work with another client and essentially lose money. [redacted] contacted an attorney prior to filing this complaint with BBB. We sent our file to our attorney as well for resolution. No refund it payable at this time. Finally, a few months pass since [redacted] s 5th and last scar session. He now wanted me to work on the rest of his head. I was shocked to understand he wanted me to work further with him as he seemed so unsatisfied with the work I had done on his scar. Remembering the threats and discontentment he had so clearly conveyed to me previously, I choose to not work further with [redacted] .

I challenge joe T [redacted] to show me anything stating I will Sue. I reached out to him and SA a number of times to even get a call back for each session. I also challenge him to produce the 4 cancellations as I only cancelled one time. I have all of the messages and can show these as proof. I called and asked throuoit this proses for joes opinion and even he was shocked and stated he had never seen the pigment not stick. I will pay 500 for his efforts but 1500 is out of control and I never agreed to pay 1500 for a scar treatment alone. He Kraft me with a gray paint strip and an unfinished job.

This letter is for the amendment and resolution of the dispute towards my business,assignment #***.In response to the complaint filed, we provided services to the condominium associationin the common area of the property where Ms*** resides.My company was contracted by the association not
Ms*** to do project work nearher residence.The area was always soggy and muddy and the association wanted to look into the costfor the installation of a French Drain and an area catch basin to collect any runoff fromthe slope above.We contracted through the Association, completed all work per specifications andapproved by the acting President and board of the association.In my view, I feel she was frustrated and had expressed her frustration with the board ofnot getting what she anticipated and felt obligated to bring Terrafirma into a poorworkmanship situation and to file a complaint.We had initiated the approved contract for trenching of the French Drain, remove anydead material due to the wet and saturated condition of which Ms*** wanted, installarea drain, drain piping and drain rock with a tie into the existing storm drain anddown spout.Upon trenching for the piping my crew located a PVC pipe that had a slight break whichexplains the saturated conditions over time.The construction crew did not have the material that day to repair the hair-line breakand returned the next morning with material and repaired the break as planned.Overnight the shrub zone came on, set at 3-minutes for all shrub zones on property,lawn zones operate at 25-minutes.From my understanding and her complaint, we dismissed her wishes, never fixed thebreak for a lengthy time and her basement was flooded.The hair line break sprayed water out of the crack, into the air and some into the crawlspace well, again over a 3-5minute period, we did not cause the break of which Ms***believes, we found the breakUnfortunately, at end of day, the crew was equipped fortrenching and limited on repair material.The break was repaired, association commended our team on a great job andcompleted our contract obligations.We have never had a complaint that I know of for the duration of my business andassure this is an isolated incident.I have spoken with the property management company as well as the association boardmembers and they are handling her issue internally.Sincerely,Mark C***SVP I Landscape Architect

I WATCHED THE WORKERS AS THEY DUG AND STRUCK THE PIPEI have pictures of the mangled irrigation pipeMrC*** was not at the siteThe workers had no supervisionApparently MrC*** is a revisionistThe Association has satisfied my complaint BUT since MrC*** is untruthful I will pursue my complaint with the Washington Utilities Coordinating Council for his infraction of STATE LAW
