I was let to Terrain by way of Anthropologie; their website promotes TerrainI had an absolutely awful experience shopping with TerrainIt started on September [2015] when I placed my initial order, I knew the bulbs I wanted were a backorder itemOn September I received an email update that they were backorderedOn the 24th of September I received an email that my credit card had been declined (I had an unfortunate fraud incident early September and had a new CC number since I placed my order)I immediately, the same day, called and provided my new CC number and the woman offered a courtesy 2-day deliveryAs soon as my order was placed and we hung up, I received another cancellation emailI called again and went through the same ordealThe woman could not assist me, and forwarded my information to account servicesOn October I received an email from Alexa H [redacted] for Account Services; she offered not so much as an apology for the difficultiesShe was completely rude, and stated only that "we currently do not accept orders with the mail.com email domain"Whoever heard of something so absurd? And if that is the case, why did I have to wait a whole month after placing my order to find out? I called back to my order again using my fiancé's email, I asked for and was guaranteed next-day air deliveryI called the day after (Saturday) because the bulbs should have arrivedThe man explained that if I "bothered to check the website" it takes 24-hours to process the order and they do not send items out on Saturday, so the items would be shipped out on Monday and arrive TuesdaySo "next-day air" really means or more daysI don't recommend this company to anyoneTheir customer service is horrific and their product overpriced

It started on 3 September [2015] when I placed my initial order, I knew the bulbs I wanted were a backorder item. On 18 September I received an email update that they were backordered. On the 24th of September I received an email that my credit card had been declined (I had an unfortunate fraud incident early September and had a new CC number since I placed my order). I immediately, the same day, called and provided my new CC number and the woman offered a courtesy 2-day delivery. As soon as my order was placed and we hung up, I received another cancellation email. I called again and went through the same ordeal. The woman could not assist me, and forwarded my information to account services.
On 3 October I received an email from Alexa H[redacted] for Account Services; she offered not so much as an apology for the difficulties. She was completely rude, and stated only that "we currently do not accept orders with the mail.com email domain". Whoever heard of something so absurd? And if that is the case, why did I have to wait a whole month after placing my order to find out?
I called back to re-do my order again using my fiancé's email, I asked for and was guaranteed next-day air delivery. I called the day after (Saturday) because the bulbs should have arrived. The man explained that if I "bothered to check the website" it takes 24-48 hours to process the order and they do not send items out on Saturday, so the items would be shipped out on Monday and arrive Tuesday. So "next-day air" really means 5 or more days...
I don't recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is horrific and their product overpriced.
