I made two orders a few days apart. Received no email confirmation (but was charged). I've tried to contact via website, phone, facebook, instagram and text. No response and it's been a week of trying. I received a promotional text and responded to that, to which the only response I received was tracking numbers. Only one of the tracking numbers is actually tracking. I paid for expedited shipping on both purchases and it's been well past the timeframe I should have received the items. At this point, I do not expect to receive my items and will continue fighting to get my $500+ in (at this point fraudulent) charges recovered. Avoid this company at ALL costs.

Review: I contacted [redacted] sport after I wished to return 2 items that I purchased online through this company. First they told me that I could not return them then [redacted](customer representative) said she would email return address via email. After 2 days no return address. Then contacted again promise she ([redacted]) would forward this to upper management & that I would receive a call from them. After another 2 days no email/phone from upper management. I told her that I wanted to return the bridgedale socks and she refused. These are the people that had the power to charge my credit card. 'Desired Settlement: I first wanted to simply exchange the one pair of socks for a different style. I think Bridgedale makes quality socks. I am open to a resolution either returning the pair and exchange for different style or return the one pair and fully reimburse my credit card for the inconvenience.Thanks, [redacted]
