THIS COMPANY HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DOESN'T OFFER REFUNDS WHEN THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND

Signed up for a trial period of weight loss medication on 9/8/17. Was billed $4.95 for shipping and was then billed for a recurring monthly charge on 10/19/17 and 11/18/17 each totaling $92.73. I previously advised the company I did not want the product and requested to cancel the charges as well as a refund for the recurring charges. The transactions are as follows:

11/18/17 - Charged $92.73 ***, SAINT GEORGE, UT, US

I called the company at the end of December and after being hung up on several times on all 3 phone numbers, was told I would be refunded within 3-5 business days and that the service has been stopped. I called again today, Jan 11th and advised the company that I did not receive my refund and they refuse to assist me further.

Prior to the call to the company I contacted my bank to file a dispute. The dispute was denied and I was informed to contact the merchant directly.

I feel that this is a fraudulent company. Every time I call, I get hung up on and no matter which number I call, I get the same people on the phone. Not only can I not get refunded, but I never even received the product that I was charged for. I understand the initial charge of $4.95 is not refundable, but the 2 charges I received after that should be refunded to my bank account.

Desired Outcome

I want to ensure the recurring charges have been cancelled and that I receive my 2 refunds of $92.73 each

I have read and understood the concern indicated and also accessed the customer's account in our system and has refunded full amount for all regular charges made in his account. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience he's gone through on behalf of our company and the support team.
