four room reservation at the hotel*** was told that she could not cancel the reservation for four rooms after she hung up the phone and she agreed to the terms as were given to hershe was also given confirmation numbers for the rooms that she had booked at the hotelshe did come in the hotel and pay for two rooms in cashThe other two rooms that she booked and agreed to pay for did not show up and were charged as no show reservationsThe rates in the hotel business have a very wide range from around sixty dollars to well over two hundred dollars per nightThe problems with the room nothing was stated from the time she checked in at 5:pm until midnightI have spoken to her and explained to her that she booked the hotel with a four room reservationThe charge is the no show fee.The rate for the rooms was clearly explained to her at the time of the bookingshe was given confirmation numbers for the rooms that she booked and agreed to pay for at the time of booking.Sincerely,Joseph S***, General Manager

provided are not of their mattressI tried to explain to them that my camera has time stamp and date stamp and that information will correlate with my stay at their hotelThey still insisted it wasn't their mattress basically calling me a liarNo apology no customer service wat soever just complete ignorance They have not solved or tried to solve anythingWorst customer service I have ever experienced.
