to a limited extend. In this case, the customer purchased 6 units which we shipped in June. Seven months later, the customer reported that none of them work. This is way beyond our normal experience and IMHO sounds more like something that happened on site than a manufacturer's defect. In any case, it is beyond our authorization. We contacted the manufacturer, which is in another country, asking what to do and are waiting for a reply.
