There was a miscommunication with the side the panels were to be installed on but that was taken care of and now reports of a rook leak were ever addressed to us until early two years later and we were in communication with the customer in between that timeWhen customer informed us of the
leaks we sent out for a full repair on 02/04/We are in full communication with the homeowner and have either answered or return her phone calls in which we do have proof of that, we also requested bills from the past two years so we can analyze them and make sure she is saving we submitted a spreadsheet to her showing her savings but she refuse to accept that information customer is being taking care of system is being reinstalled
