We are in full communication with the homeowner and have either answered or return her phone calls in which we do have proof of that, we also requested bills from the past two years so we can analyze them and make sure she is saving we submitted a spreadsheet to her showing her savings but she refuse to accept that information customer is being taking care of system is being reinstalled
