Hello, There were multiple items not even addressed in this response I believe in Freedom of Speech and in warning other customers about the dealings I had so they are not in the future in the same position I was in Is it against the law to warn people of my encounter on [redacted] and [redacted] ? On her [redacted] page it was the part to rate her services I rated them and she took it down because she is embarrassed I do not see anything anywhere that I am not allowed to make a complaint or voice my opinion about a horrible company [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] She simply is trying to save her business As she said to me that night she forded me to meet her :Are you really going to ruin my business over this?" Please look into this man and why he is working for her company and if it is legal? Especially after items are missing How about the fact that in email I was told that all items that they deemed "not worthy" would be returned to me per my request!!! I have this in an email They took the items the day they were at the house and advised if they were not worth anything I would get them back so I can give to the family instead of dividing the cash made from them There were a lot of items and nothing was ever returned to me and sold supposedly for $lots Where are the pictures of these? I have not seen one picture of those of ticket # like she says everything gets Please advise where my family items went that is a horrible thing to do! I did not want to meet with her she forced me to meet with her she would not pay me for the items sold unless I met with her You can see where I signed that I wrote I do not agree and would be filing with the Revdex.com I literally had to rip the check from her hand standing there because she still was not going to give it to me Is it legal to withhold payment of items that were already sold? She should have paid me for items sold then disputed other items with me In fact the items to be returned I advised I didnt even want I just wanted to be done with her I will take a lie detector test or whatever else you need me to do and I have multiple witnesses from the parking liot that will be happy to write letters that this grown woman stood there and yelled at me Also yelled at me walking away from her raising her voice accross the parking lot Would you lioke names and letters from these witnesses? Should I file a police report? What will it take to ensure this woman doesnt do this to another human being? I guess I should have called that night She touched me twice I asked her to not touch me I do not lie I would like her to advise as well she would take a lie detector test that she did not touch me, yell at me, yell accross the parking lot etc I am sure she would fail as God as my witness! This is a horrible woman who bullied and belittled me in public I am a grown woman, a mom who was at karate with her son She should be ashamed of herself and embarrassed In fact she is embarrassed that is why she is telling all of this nonsense She will do this again to someone else unless something is done about it.Should I also send my complaint to the Attorney General?Thank you, [redacted] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regards, [redacted]

This is to follow up on our conversation earlier this week regarding a complaint lodged against my company, Terri Peters & Associates by Consignor [redacted].Ms. [redacted] hired us to sell several items from an estate she inherited along with some of her own items atauction. We did exactly...

that. She received a consignment summary report that she signed off on and initialed eachpage of (see attached), she received her check and our business has been concluded. Her complaint and statement to the Revdex.com is erroneous, distorted and grossly exaggerated. In fact, at this point I am consideringlegal action for harassment since she has and continues to use social media to post the same letter she sent to you on [redacted], [redacted], and other review sites. In fact, she continued to reposted to my company's [redacted] page3 times within 12 hours.I could address each of her statements as I discussed some of with you in our phone conversation. As I mentioned,we have procedures in place to deal with care, custody and control. (We are also a fully insured company). She says we didn't document, itemize or ticket her items. This is just false! All items are stickered with a specific consignor number, an inventory list of items is also made and they are entered into our computerized tracking software system. Items deemed worthy for our worldwide auctions are cataloged with pictures and descriptions.Items of little value aren't cataloged with pictures and descriptions but are listed in our system and are tracked tothe specific consignor. We usually don't take insignificant items. When and if we get these items, they would beoffered after a auction to those on-site only and are sold for little money.Regarding consignments: we pride ourselves on finding the most appropriate venue to present our clients consignments to give them the best opportunity to garner the most money. We hold well planned worldwide auction events through several internet platforms in addition to live on-site auctions. We hold cataloged auctions every two to three months.Ms. [redacted]'s final Consignment Report has all her items accounted for. She has been paid for all of her consignments, two items that were not paid for were returned to her. After she was sent her initial consignor report she did have questions which I answered and also send her a revision and final report with all items accounted for. I've also attached that Q&A list for you to review. None of her items are missing as she claims. One of the two items she claims is missing is Lot #270 a that sold at auction for $15.00. The other 'highboy' piece she is referring to .... just doesn't exist. There is no record of it and never has been recorded as a piece that we consigned. It is not on the inventory list, neither of my pick up guys recalls any piece of furniture like this as part of her consignments; we did not sell or have in storage anything that matches her description. We don't and never did have this piece of furniture! She also mentions that she wanted items she refers to as 'family heirlooms' back. I question why she employed us to sell her 'family heirlooms' in the first place if they meant so much to her! These items were of little value and sold in box lots. She also didn't want to meet with me and said to just send her a check. She had two items that needed to bereturned to her and I wanted to conclude business with her. She insisted she didn't have time to meet with me so Ioffered to meet her wherever and whenever was convenient for her. Her claims of 'yelling' and 'touching' just did not happen I She is the one that was agitated and angry from the beginning. I just wanted business concluded. We strive to exceed our clients and customers expectations and have many, many satisfied clients and customers. If you have any other questions regarding this complaint please contact me at [redacted]. I am hoping your review and inquiry into this matter will be satisfied in our favor. I'm hoping this erroneous complaint will not berecorded anywhere as a strike against my company. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond to theseallegations. Look forward to your decision soon.Sincerely,Terri [redacted]Owner, Terri Peters & Associates
