February at 8:00am, I dropped my Maltese/Shihtzu mix off at Terri's Dog Styling for groomingI have been a customer at this business for yearsI took my dog there every 6-weeks for grooming I have never had a single problem with their services until nowSeveral hours pass/ the business calls me at about 11:30am to tell me my dog is ready to be picked upI pick up my dog, go home, and go back to bed (I work third shift 10pm-6:30am)Daytime hours are in the middle of my sleep timeI later discover a total of areas on my dogs neck and chest- friction or heat burns and scabbed areaI am a registered nurse and very familiar with assessing skin injuriesI cleaned the areas and applied antibiotic ointment to themMy dog shook violently and uncontrollably for at least more inutes after I did thisI took several pictures of
