Terri's response is dishonestI expected as much based on the other complaints on the Revdex.com but I wanted to be heard by someone She is backwoods crooked and being in her studio reminded me of the movie The DeliveranceThere was no pricing at the charity auctionAlso, after the viewing, out of exhaustion, we offered to pay $dollars for ten hard copied pictures but were told if I did not pay that night the pictures would be deletedI've got my year old mother in law as a witness to this but this part of my complaint Terri just ignoredShe is dishonest and not dealing in daylight and I suggest people do not do business with her My mother in law is years old and she just wanted one picture of her and her husband to send to her childrenI'm ashamed I ever brought Terri into our life and the days and days of frustration are extremely sadTo add to the frustration our honest complaint is handled with liesShe probably voted for Trump

My husband and I (the call was on speaker phone) spoke to the business owner, Terri B***, last Thursday, August 24th around 8:a.m We explicitly told the Owner that my husband had NOT initiated a "stop pay" and had NOT initiated a dispute yet The Owner stated that she wasn't going to issue any credit until our dispute went through We again re-stated that we had NOT yet initiated a dispute and that we would wait for her to refund our entire purchase of over $ The Owner began to raise her voice and say that she wasn't going to do anything yet My husband and I listened to the Owner go on and on about saying that she intended to give us a full refund but she wouldn't yet.We contacted VISA who stated to us, on different occasions that since we had NOT yet initiated a dispute a full refund was SIMPLE All the business had to do was issue a credit and it would post within business days.We told the Owner that we would wait one week (until Thursday, August 31, 2017) and check my husband's credit card that he used for the purchase If there was no credit from Terri's Photography for the full amount, that we WOULD initiate a dispute with VISA and also recount, accurately, what had happened to us during our experience with Terri's Photography We got online and found numerous complaints about this business with descriptions of the problem being VERY similar to our experience.We will be checking my husband's VISA tomorrow, August 31st to see if there is a credit We want the business Owner to do as she stated to us numerous time, that she would give us a full refund of our purchase price.Thank you

Hello,Mrs [redacted] ( [redacted] ) made a do***on to a local charity at a silent auction for a $gift certificate to Terri's Photography StudioHer gift certificate included a $session, and a $portrait creditMrs [redacted] ( [redacted] ) had her session completed on November 11, on the location of her choiceHer session was at Millers Park across the street from her homeHer order appointment took place on November 28, at Terri's Photography StudioFor this appointment, Mrs [redacted] ( [redacted] )selects the portraits that she would like to place an order onMrs [redacted] ( [redacted] ) was made aware that she can apply her $portrait credit towards any product that she selectsAll of Terri's Photography Studio's products and pricing is published on our website and displayed in a printed form at events with silent auction itemsMrs [redacted] stated that she did not want to spend any money beyond her portrait creditShe was shown all of her options to keep her cost at a minimum and she refused to make any purchaseWe would be happy to schedule Mrs [redacted] ( [redacted] ) a second complimentary order session so that she can make a portrait selection and redeem her $portrait creditOur goal is to create lifetime portrait art for families and help local charities raise money to help the communityKind Regards,Terri B***

I am sorry that Mrs [redacted] does not feel like that we have fulfilled her idea of how our senior session should beShe was given the opportunity to use her certificate from the auction solely as a one pose sessionMrs [redacted] voucher was for a head and shoulder shot one pose package which she declined Mrs [redacted] was told that a full senior session that would be hours and unlimited clothes changes would require a setting fee of $that would apply toward any package that she would choose at the ordering appointment plus $the day of her session which goes towards a minimum package purchaseShe was advisedm that this would be non refundableMrs [redacted] advised Terris Photography that she wanted her son to have the entire senior session and agreed to pay the additional feesMrs [redacted] placed her orde which exceeded the voucher in price and quanities of pictures which she agreed to pay forShe was also advised that all sales were finalMrs [redacted] was satisfied with her order and signed off on her receipt that she received her auction order and the additional prints of the upgraded package that she agreed to pay for and paid the balance at the time of the orderThank you, Terris Photography

The majority of the information regarding pricing within this response is false There is nothing indicting pricing on the website for this business Furthermore there was never any indication of pricing published at this or any charity event that MsB*** frequents in the hopes of gaining clients A quick search of her business will indicate that many clients in addition to myself have had this issue including being given information prior to sitting down for the appointment via her employees This is not only indicative of a typical bait and switch operation but further aggregious as it uses charities throughout the central Ohio area to gain business In her own words MsB*** will donate what appears to be a large certificate but will not "work for free" despite the fact that these are charity donations she is engaging in

“It is my understanding that the Revdex.com is closing this complaint. I want other Consumers to know that this business failed to resolve my complaint in a timely matter and the time period in which I could dispute this with our credit card company (VISA) was being run out. I was informed by VISA that I needed to file a dispute with them regarding the charges by this businessI strongly question why this business has an “A” Rating with the Revdex.com with the Negative Reviews and Complaints (including my most recent Complaint) that have been lodged against this company for roughly the exact same practices which in my personal experience I believe are highly unethical and worthy of an investigation by the Attorney General’s OfficeThank you.”

I am not sure why my complaint is closed outI am trying to see what my rights are when the Terri's photography has altered documents that are falsified or photo shoppedWe NEVER ever signed a document with my daughter name types in and we never ever saw the blank document she presented to Revdex.comCan you please assist me with this complaint?

Mrs*** and her daughter *** booked a senior session on 9-15-Her session fee was $that does not go toward a portrait purchase and is non refundable, it is strictly for the time booked for the photo session which is explained at the booking appointment*** was photographed on
10-15-Her session included unlimited clothes changes which she had outfits plus jewelry and hair changesShe added her dog and it's clothes changes and jewelry*** also added all of her sports,did multiple dance outfits including prom and show choir, nursing and decca clothes and propsHer photo session lasted hoursNormally we allow up to hours, but *** wanted to have all of her clothing that she made, her mothers nurse practitioner outfit from her mother's position and acceptance to the program of decca included, along with her dog that we had to work aroundShe also added all of her sports memorabiliaMrs*** asked Terri and her assistant if Terri's Photography offered any payment plans because she already knew she was going to spend past the budget she had previously set for ***'s pictures and would be solely paying for themMrs*** also stated that she wanted to get them paid for before graduation because she was moving her and her children to flordia so that *** could attended college at Florida University She was assured that yes we offer payment plans and would make sure she had a custom package that she would be happy withThe day of her session she put $down which does go towards her portrait package and is non refundable which Mrs*** was aware ofShe was told she would be contacted when her pictures were ready to viewShe was told that whoever wanted to come to that appointment to order was welcome but we only allow one complementary viewing session, otherwise it is a $rescheduling fee to come backMrs*** and *** loved all of the picturesMrs ***'s ex-husband also attended the viewing and stated he was unable to contribute financially because he was unemployedMrs*** was reassured that Terri's Photography would make her a payment plan at no interest that would work for her budgetShe stated she wanted more than just the minimum package which is $because she could not narrow down all of the pictures to one favorite poseThe breakdown of pricing is the session is $that does not apply to the packages, which Mrs*** was aware ofThe minimum package is $and the second viewing appointment is $which Mrs*** was also aware ofTax is $The total purchase of the minimum package with her second viewing is $With the deduction of $for the minimum package, the deduction of the gas card of $100, minus the $session fee, Mrs***'s balance would be $Mrs*** would receive units of pose with no retouch, no upgraded finish, mounting or framingShe may contact our studio to schedule her viewing appointment, place her order and pay her balance of $We are sorry to hear of her disappointment considering we spent significant time, hours for her session as well as significant time for her viewing which lasted hoursWe always try to be accommodating to our clients in every way including no interest payment plans and extended hours to work with clients that travel from out of town.Thank you for your time Terri's Photography Studio740-362-

I am very sorry that this customer is unhappy but we do strive to be as flexable as possible while still maintaining the quality and service of our businessWe book a consultation appointment for every client to ensure the understanding of payment options ,product options
